- We ship products on the next working day if provided it is not a holiday.
- Shipping charge and shipping vendor needs to be selected by the customer before placing order, once order is placed no modification can be done latter.
- Orders which has been shipped can not be cancelled or refunded.
- No return is allowed if the shipped product is same as ordered.
- If customer returns the product then no refund will be made and when re-ordered shipping fee needs to be paid again.
- Orders which become undelivered due to wrong address will be charged again for shipping.
- It takes us 3-25 days for our delivery partners to deliver orders, 3 being minimum and 25 being maximum time taken for delivery respectively.

Cancellation and Refund
- Order once placed can not be cancelled if status has been moved to Processing.
- Once status of order has been moved to processing and order has been shipped no refund claim will be entertained unless different product has been shipped or delivered.
- In case your order is eligible for refund same will be initiated within 72 hours of claim. Please note that it might take 72 hours for the amount to reflect in bank account.
